Nish automation offers sewage treatment plant automation. These plants are spread over large complexes and difficult hydraulics are dealt with to achieve treated water quality. Key processes within the plant are effluent transfer, clarification, digesters, and aeration. Distributed control is applied to achieve accurate and reliable control of the process, wherein all key components have their local control panels with a master control system taking care of inter-process control logics and interlocks. Wireless ethernet for faster and reliable networking is used for the communication networking of inter plc panels. Five modes of operations are implemented to take care of every possible operation.
